ibs Store allows department managers to handle the entire production process: ex: product of bakery or salad product (one single output product) prepared from different ingredients (input products).

    • Sourcing & purchase of the input products
    • Input products ordering based on expected output sales, stock and on-order

    • Calculation of the quantity to be produced by product type
      • The user can estimate the expected quantity of the output product and get the visualization of the actual produced quantity

Production Follow Up and Analysis
ibs Store enables department managers to follow the entire production process in real-time. A dedicated "Production portfolio" regroups all key information on past, present or future Production Processes.
It is possible to check the product process throughout its execution from 'in process of creation' to 'closing or cancellation' (the production process follow up is supported by the attached dynamic status defined in ibs Referential that enables to fit any business needs). ibs Store allows managers to define, analyze and monitor their production departments contribution to the store's overall activity: production expected sales in volume, prices and margins.
